I’m not sure if these count as *trash polls*, as well.

Fabrizio / Anzalone is a long-time respected pollster out of DC with ties to the GOP. They’ve worked at the presidential and congressional level for decades.  Principal Tony Fabrizio‘s clients have included senator Rand Paul and the presidential campaigns of Donald Trump.

Their latest – a survey of 1115 likely voters from 9/17 to 9/20 — finds Cooper leading Whatley 53-42.  Interestingly, they found Whatley leading Cooper 51-45 among voters 50 years old and older. 

Opinion Diagnostics also took a stab at the US Senate race.  Their latest –  a survey of 857 likely voters from 9/17 to 9/20 – finds Cooper leading Whatley 51-41.
