Tillis to Trump: “Go F*** Yourself”

*Total class, ladies and gentlemen. *

Our senior US senator is providing all kinds of ammo to the drive-by media who would love nothing more than to bring Donald Trump crashing down.  It’s just like an employee giving his two-week notice and then showing up to work every day telling off the boss and flipping off the customers.

I remember every last one of you who tut-tutted me about the concerns I raised about Thom during his 2014 run against Kay Hagan.  If you go back through our site’s archive, you’ll see I had this dirtbag pegged right from the beginning.

Here’s the latest from Uncle Thom:

The White House hit back hard at retiring Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) over fiery, expletive-laden texts to President Donald Trump, calling it a “p*ssy move.”

A senior White House official responded to Tillis’s recently-revealed texts to the president in comments to Politico Playbook’s Megan Messerly, published on Saturday.

“Looks like a pussy move to send a text instead of actually saying it to someone’s face. Shows what kind of character he is,” the unidentified individual said. 

Politico previously obtained and published a pair of text messages Tillis sent to the president over the summer, where he told him he won’t take his “bullsh*t.” The texts are set to be included in Tillis’s upcoming book, How to Lose Friends and Antagonize Presidents.

In a June 6 text, Tillis told Trump to save his head games for “cowards and fools” and not use them on him.

He wrote:

As I have said before, you NEVER threatened me with a primary challenge. I get that you may have me confused with so many Republicans that you have threatened in the past, but NEVER me. If you had ever threatened me directly with a primary, I would have immediately told you to f*ck yourself, and I would have announced my retirement immediately. Save those threats and head games for cowards and fools.

In a May 22 text message, Tillis appeared to respond to a Truth Social post by Trump where he branded the senator “weak and inneffective.”

“I still want to help but I don’t take this bullsh*t from anyone, including you Mr. President. Save that sh*t for the cowards who don’t care if you fail. I care if you fail and right now we are failing,” the senator wrote.

He wants to help?  How does he think throwing this out in the news media one month before the mid-terms while his protégé struggles to stay afloat in the fight to replace him HELPS ??? 

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again.  Uncle Thom cares little for anything other than HIMSELF and his shakedown cash.  He’s not interested in serving anyone but himself.

Tillis gave us Chuck Edwards and Mike Whatley. He’s also made such a mess of the North Carolina Republican Party it will take years to recover.

It Thom really cared, he would have resigned immediately and given his appointee -Whatley or whomever – a year to gain experience and run as an incumbent.

I saw something the other day that speaks volumes about the *Tillis mystique.*.  One of the biggest Thom Tillis fanboys from the 2014 race – who was regularly posting comments on this site critiquing our coverage – is now a Roy Cooper super-fan.  The photo on his X profile features him – wearing a Roy Cooper lapel button – hugged up to Cooper himself.
