Some odds and ends for the November election

UNC TV recently hosted a joint interview with the two candidates on November’s ballot for NC Court of Appeals seat 1: Michael Byrne (R) and John Arrowood (D).  Click HERE to watch.  The whole thing is about eleven minutes long and gives you a chance to put names, faces, and platforms together.  (For what it’s worth, we’re rooting for Byrne.) 

For our Moore County readers,  board of education district 3 candidate Christopher Steiner has been endorsed by Moms for Liberty, a conservative-leaning parents organization. The district includes northern Moore County but can be voted on throughout the county on an at-large basis.
