#ncga: facilitatin’ and clarifyin’

We came across this precious gem on Twitter:

“Facilitating equal opportunities for people to use their God given talents”?  (Really?)

Is that kind of like hooking campaign contributors up with state government printing contracts?   Or late-night abuses of the technical corrections process in order to aid a campaign contributor (who later finds himself in the midst of a mighty unflattering state auditor report)?
