Former congressman Bobby “Boom Boom” Etheridge  made it official today — signing on the dotted line in Raleigh to become the 13th candidate for governor of our fair state.  Remember, just a few months ago, when this race was simply going to be a Pat v. Bev rematch? Wow. 

Right after filing, BOOM BOOM released his tax returns, and called on all other candidates to do the same.  Boom Boom declared that all North Carolinians have a right to know how many deductions their wannabe-governors took …
