While GOP dawdles, radical left making inroads into small-town NC

It’s come to the point where you don’t have to travel to Raleigh, Durham, or Charlotte to encounter the radical left.  The kooks are more than willing to come to us.

We’ve told you about training sessions to create dissension within military ranks – right here in the. shadow of Fort Bragg.

We’ve told you about those stupid No Kings marches popping up right here in Moore County.  (We’ve seen T-shirts commemorating those events featuring the Twitter / X handle of the Communist Party USA.)

Indivisible – an Internationaly-founded and funded-group by George Soros and his son — is making inroads right here in small-town, *Red* NC.

We’re also seeing training sessions by radical leftists teaching how to obstruct and doxx ICE agents simply trying to execute warrants and perform other lawful, law-enforcement duties.

This stuff is happening right here in bright-RED Moore County, people. Where Democrats are usually lucky to get 25 to 35 percent of the vote.

While establishment Republicans gaze at their navels and pontificate on nonsense, leftists are moving their soldiers into our communities.  They are organizing within our communities.  They are taking advantage of low-turnout and *non-partisan* local races to get their people into positions of influence.  It’s similar to the strategy behind the flood of illegals streaming across the southern border: move in,out-breed and out-vote the natives.

Here in Moore County, we’ve got a school board with a leftist majority.  In Pinehurst, we have a village council majority made up of Democrat-leaners (including one council member who has publicly professed his love for Joe Biden). They’ve gone to war against private property rights.

Over in Southern Pines, a new left-wing majority on the town council has attacked the Daughters of the American Revolution and their plans to commemorate the nation’s 250th birthday.  Apparently, that event is “too divisive.”

How does this happen in a county where GOP statewide candidates still get 55-60 percent of the vote? (That average vote title has been steadily shrinking since I moved here over twenty years ago.)

Simple.  The GOP eestablishment is showing no desire to defend its territory.  There’s no desire to whip up voter interest to counter this stuff.  We’ve got older GOP-voting residents dying off and an astounding number of working families who don’t even bother to register to vote. Meanwhile, leftist activists and organizers are imported and put right to work.

*Leave the garage door open and the front door unlocked when you run to the store, don’t be surprised if your house is cleaned out when you come home.*

At one time in the fairly-recent past, Charlotte city government regularly was run by GOP majorities.  At one time, the late Jesse Helms got elected to the Raleigh City Council.  Things changed for the worst there, and they will HERE if we don’t wake up.
