Pinehurst council incumbents cheering for Joe Biden Super-Fan in Nov elections
You have to wonder what’s going on within the bright-red Village of Pinehurst in bright-red Moore County. HOA president Kevin Fitzpatrick – a newcomer to the village – is apparently seeking to leverage his experience as a neighborhood busybody into a seat on The Pinehurst Village Council.
That’s frankly a disturbing analysis of the Biden era — given all we’ve learned about a weaponized Justice Department, the corruption, the rise of DEI, and the massive growth in government. It ought to raise questions about Fitzpatrick’s overall demeanor.

Yet, there appear to be quite a few folks in bright-red Pinehurst who seem fine with all of this. His signs are popping up in a lot of front yards — including those of the incumbent mayor and two incumbent council members:
So, they’ve expanded their agenda from falsely and dishonestly demonizing rental property owners to include an embrace of the Biden legacy.
They already have serious relationship problems with the county commissioners and our legislators in Raleigh.
Buckle up, folks. If this crowd gets their way, we’re going to get all of the meanness, pettiness, and overreach that HOAs are known for but on a much grander village-wide scale.
Someone should ask former Mayor Barack O’ Strickland what HIS agenda is meddling in town affairs. Or perhaps what is the agenda of his hand-picked unvetted, unelected, and unaccountable Friday Group members like Lawyer Heintz in his meddling? Who are they representing? Why are the pushing liberal new comers instead of established citizens of the community?
If they are successful placing Kevin Fitzpatrick onto the Council…nearly all will vote LEFT…and will be an extension of Strickland’s rule. Remember the $6,000. Strickland wanted the TOWN TAXPAYERS to fund one of HIS pet projects? Without Jeff Morgan’s watchful eye, a new council including Fitzpatrick will likely approve anything Godfather Strickland throws their way.
If ever the Taxpayers of Pinehurst ever needed Lydia Boesch on the Council it is NOW !!! Her eyes and ears on the Council will be focused on the taxpayers interests…not some special interest or the agenda of the Strickland Cabal.
