We recently divulged Kevin Fitzpatrick’s exuberance for Donald Trump’s predecessor at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in DC.

So, they’ve expanded their agenda from falsely and dishonestly demonizing rental property owners to include an embrace of the Biden legacy.

They already have serious relationship problems with the county commissioners and our legislators in Raleigh.

Buckle up, folks.  If this crowd gets their way, we’re going to get all of the meanness, pettiness, and overreach that HOAs are known for but on a much grander village-wide scale.
