Subject: notice of potential special legislative sessionMembers:As you are all aware by now a three judge panel issued a ruling Friday evening regarding a challenge to the 1st and 12th Congressional Districts. This ruling may require the General Assembly to go into a special session next week. We will continue to update you this week regarding the schedule, but at this time please make preparations to potentially be in Raleigh next Monday through Wednesday (the 15th through the 17th).This is being sent as a courtesy for planning purposes only.
