NC Senate considering appointment of Berger-endorsed Democrat to special judgeship
Remember when we told you about senator Berger going out of his way to endorse a loyal Democrat Superior Court judge in his home county who had a respectable GOP opponent? Well, the voters ended up tossing out Berger’s pick and electing the Republican.
Well, surprise, surprise. The North Carolina Senate is now considering the appointment of Berger’s Democrat pal to a “special Superior Court judge” position. The Dem got voted out, but he is still going to be on the bench.
How many times do the gop-led Gen Assembly have to punch you in the gut to finally understand?

Phil Berger has become a pathetic version of Mitch McConnell or Thom Tillis, a swamp creature who is little but a Democrat enabler. It is way past time for a change. Berger is a poster boy for term limits. Let’s “flip the Berger” as soon as possible.
