North Carolina Lt. Governor Dan Forest has already made it clear that he doesn’t care for the controversial Common Core curriculum for the nation’s public schools. State government’s second-in-command is turning up the heat by releasing 20 pages of tough questions about Common Core to DPI superintendent June Atkinson. Forest is requesting that DPI’s answers be ready in time for the next state Board of Education meeting.
