Ashley Madison, Polls, Nude Africa, crotch management, Trannies, The DHHS: Mark & Yolanda’s Rough, Tough Week

I’ve been watching politics for a long, long time.  I can’t recall anyone imploding as spectacularly as Yolanda Hill and Mark Robinson appear to be doing right now.

The DHHS.  Mark & Yolanda’s quixotic offensive agains the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services went through another phase on Monday.  Yolanda and her lawyers finally sat down with DHHS officials to respond to the July 24 negative finding the agency issued against Balanced Nutritionthe nonprofit run by Yolanda that also employed Mark and a number of other relatives.

Yolanda’s lawyers showed up about a half hour early for the noon meeting in Raleigh.  Yolanda arrived about fifteen minutes after the scheduled noon start time.

We’re waiting for DHHS to provide an official summary of what happened at the meeting.

Polls.  The polls have been looking bad for the last month, and it appears they’re only getting worse for Team Robinson.   Here are two that came out today:

A Politico story about the North Carolina governor’s race cited an internal poll from the Trump campaign purportedly showing Stein beating Robinson by 14 points, while Trump leads Harris in-state by 3 points.

Crotch Management.   We were treated earlier this week to yet another video of yet another Mark Robinson campaign trail speech.

Here’s one of the more interesting parts of his speech – which appeared to have been delivered in a church:

[…] “Here’s a novel idea.  Why don’t you use some of that building up of your mind and building up empowerment to move down here to this region down here and get this under control? See, this region right here — that’s the only region on your body that can make life or take life.” […]

If you play the video, you’ll see that — as he references “this” and “this region” — he is pointing at his crotch area.  (Kinda makes that whole ‘keep your skirts down’ uproar seem a little tame by comparison, eh?)

Ashley Madison.  I’d say a discussion of crotch management is a nice transition to this next item.  DC-based Politico is reporting that an email address registered to Mark Robinson showed up on the website for Ashley Madisona website devoted to facilitating extramarital affairs.

That report pales in comparison to the blockbuster broken by CNN.  For starters, here’s the headline:

Here’s a taste of where the article takes readers:

[..] Mark Robinson, the controversial and socially conservative Republican nominee for governor of North Carolina,?made a series of inflammatory comments on a pornography website’s message board more than a decade ago, in which he referred to himself as a “black NAZI!” and expressed support for reinstating slavery, a CNN KFile investigation found.

Despite a recent history of anti-transgender rhetoric, Robinson said he enjoyed watching transgender pornography, a review of archived?messages found in which he also referred to himself as a “perv.”

The comments, which Robinson denies making, predate his entry into politics and current stint as North Carolina’s lieutenant governor. They were made under a username that CNN was able to identify as Robinson by matching a litany of biographical details and a shared email address between the two.

Many of Robinson’s comments were gratuitously sexual and lewd in nature. They were made between 2008 and 2012 on “Nude Africa,” a pornographic website that includes a message board. The comments were made under the username minisoldr, a moniker Robinson used frequently online.

Robinson listed his full name on his profile for Nude Africa, as well as an email address he used on numerous websites across the internet for decades.

CNN is reporting only a small portion of Robinson’s comments on the website given their graphic nature. […]

Taking inventory of the situation.   Quitting?  The Robinson campaign is letting the drive-by media know that ain’t happening.  We’re hearing reports that the Trump team is leaning on Robinson hard to bail out of the gubernatorial race.   The deadline for bailing out of the race is at 11:59 tonight (Thursday).  Though, we are hearing there is an option available to sue and have Robinson removed from the November ballot.

We understand that one option can involve the NCGOP Executive Committee picking a replacement candidate for the November vote.  Marking Robinson’s name on that ballot would award votes to the replacement candidate.

To those of you who think this is merely a dirty trick that Robinson can overcome — consider THIS.  Government officials have only scratched the surface in examining the practices of Balanced Nutrition.   The review that resulted in the $132,000-plus penalty was based only on the examination of ten Balanced Nutrition clients over a three month period.  (At the end, Balanced Nutrition had roughly 100 clients and had been working for DHHS for about six years.). Further review of the now-shuttered nonprofit’s records could become even more expensive and legally troublesome for Mark & Yolanda.

Balanced Nutrition’s application for and acceptance of federal paycheck protection funds during the COVID lockdown hasn’t received near as much attention as all this sex talk.  Paycheck Protection funds were approved by Congress to help small businesses that lost money due to the COVID lockdowns.  Our examination of Balanced Nutrition‘s financial records did not reveal any evidence of any revenue shortfall during the period in question.

Let’s not forget Mark & Yolanda’s vacation in a luxurious oceanfront mansion in Virginia Beach.  The house they stayed in rents for $30,000 per week — clearly outside Mark & Yolanda’s price range.  Who paid the bill?  No one connected to The Second Couple had any comment.  Could we be talking about an illegal gift here?

We’ve got an important election coming up. Do North Carolina Republicans really need more of Mark & Yolanda’s Scandals Of The Week?

Some other folks within the NCGOP hierarchy need to be asked some hard questions.  HOW was a guy with this much baggage – this many problems – allowed to advance so far in the political process?  There had to be people higher-up in the food chain who knew all about Mark & Yolanda and the problems they brought to the table.  Did the desire for fundraising dollars trump the best interests of the NCGOP and the people of North Carolina?
