Plotthound DOWN!
The Carolina Plotthound is seriously offline. The NC-centric Drudge-style aggregator site got started by those notorious political troublemakers Paul Chesser and Chad Adams. They were great allies in the effort to fumigate Raleigh.
The panties-in-a-wad crowd at Locke and Civitas wrangled it away from those two, and it got seriously neutered. Just this year, our link was removed from the news aggregator site. We had been there for years.
I heard the North State Journal crowd were the most recent owners. I don’t know if this is temporary downtime or if the site has been abandoned altogether.
But this really doesn’t look good for them. Don’t worry, though. We’re not going ANYWHERE.
I’m Interested in owning it and keeping it alive. Anyone want to join me? I would need some good NC conservative writers, some tenacious investigators and, of course, a bit of money.
