*Losing Patriotism* and * Becoming Erratic* : Meet Moore County’s team in Raleigh
Our reliably Republican county just went through some bruising primaries in 3 of the county’s FOUR (3 House, 1 Senate) seats in the North Carolina General Assembly. Only three of four incumbents will be returning to Raleigh at the beginning of the new year.
As we explained earlier, Turning Point Action is an organization founded by the late Charlie Kirk. It seeks to hold politicians’ feet to the fire on issues and positions important to MAGA voters. A score of 100 makes you perfectly ideal to the MAGA community, while a score of ZERO does not.
State Rep. Ben Moss was the only member of our legislative delegation who avoided a primary opponent.
John Sauls of Lee County is one of TWO pastors who represent the county in Raleigh. He is retiring from the legislature at the end of this year.
Neal Jackson is the other pastor representing Moore County. He survived a spirited primary challenge earlier this month.
Senator Tom McInnis (R) also survived a spirited primary challenge earlier this month. He appears to be — by a nose – the most conservative member of the Moore County delegation in Raleigh.
Oh, you CAN check other counties and legislators on this page as well.

I used to like Ben Moss, but he lost me when he co-sponsored a bill to raise the cost of the annual vehicle inspection. The only thing ANY Republican in this state should be doing is repealing the vehicle inspection law. Texas just repealed theirs last year. Most states don’t have this ugly law including DARK BLUE states such as Washington & Minnesota.
