No Kings? (Well, maybe some *Queens* and not-so-funny *jokers*)

It appears that allies of the hooligans currently destroying Los Angeles are plotting to spread the mayhem to all 50 states — ours included, of course. 

Our local drive-by propaganda organ, Pravda-on-Pennsylvania, is breathlessly promoting an upcoming far-left protest called ‘No Kings’ in downtown Southern Pines. Some traveling allies of the L.A. hooligans will be here teaming with some of our local transplanted trolls who will be crawling out of their nests under area bridges just for the occasion.

The name of the protest — “No Kings” — is quite ironic.  Southern Pines’s very own Pravda  — cheerleading for it all — is owned and operated by some far-left trust-fund babies.  A good chunk of the cash these protesters will be whining about appears to be showing up on the side of the hooligans.

Here’s North Carolina-based DEI princess (Axios reporter and N&O alum) Lucille Sherman giving us some of the even-handedness Axios allegedly specializes in:

Actually, they’re being funded by the same cash-flush socialist hot mess (among others) who has aided and abetted the current LA mess, and other left-wing mischief.  This weekend’s mayhem is being promoted and underwritten by Christy Walton, billionaire heiress to the Wall-Mart empire. (Remember that the next time you mull a trip to Wal-Mart.  There are a lot of great alternatives in the area — BJ’s Wholesale, Target, Harris Teeter, etc.)

Soooooo — The Party for Socialism and Liberation counts as a *pro-democracy advocacy group*?

 (This dingbat must have been asleep during that part of history and civics classes where students were informed the United States is a republic and not a democracy. But, I digress.). Neither socialism nor liberation sound very warm or fuzzy to me. Ask the Cubans and the North Koreans.

A word of advice to our fellow MAGA travelers — do your best to avoid these people this weekend.  They really, really, really want you to show up in MAGA gear and get into fights with them.  DO you realize how much mileage Lucille and her comrades could get with all that footage?  *Those damned violent right-wingers are at it again! Why can’t they be mostly peaceful like our friends in Los Angeles?*

Please. Find something better to do than go around these people. Besides, there should be plenty of great video of them getting their butts handed to them by ICE, the Army, the cops, and the National Guard online later that day.
