#ncpol: We are seeing the future. (And it looks like Georgia.)

Well, lookee here:

The Education Department said Wednesday that it is investigating whether a Georgia school district’s policy allowing transgender students to use the bathroom of their choice created a “hostile environment” for a 5-year-old girl who said she was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom.[….]

*Using the Christine Ballsy Ford precedent, we MUST believe the 5-year old girl 100 percent. Without question.*

MORE:

[…] The agency’s Office for Civil Rights said in response to the complaint that the school’s bathroom policy was one aspect of the investigation. Investigators would also look at the school district’s response to the report of the attack, which the complaint alleged was by “a male student who identified as gender fluid.” […]

*M-kay.*

We’ve gone through a lot of turmoil recently about trannies and toilets.  If you dared to argue that gender is something you’re born with and that men and women deserve privacy while doing private, um, “business”  you were brow-beaten mercilessly and indelibly labeled a BIGOT.

Now, we have a federal judge declaring that the General Assembly has not actually banned trannies from opposite-gender toilets.

See how that “compromise” on HB2 that I kept talking about to the press and pushing for has worked out? Aren’t you proud of me? And of the role of Robin, Timmy, and Phil?

Aren’t you proud of the sexual minorities I have recruited as legislative candidates?
