#ncpol: Meadows, Budd, Jones still NC’s top 3 conservatives in DC

Congressmen Mark Meadows, Ted Budd, and Walter Jones are holding firm as the top three conservatives from North Carolina in the latest congressional rankings from Conservative Review. Meadows (95%-A), Budd (95%-A), and Jones (86%-B) lead the delegation to DC.  They are followed by Mark Walker (80%-B), George Holding (80%-B), and Richard Hudson (70%-C).   David Rouzer (66%-D), Virginia Foxx (64%-D), Robert Pittenger (49%-F), and Patrick McHenry (45%-F) bring up the rear for the state’s House GOP members. Meadows, Budd, Jones top NC conservatives on Capitol Hill

That’s what the good folks at Conservative Review say.  Meadows tops the delegation with a 98% rating, followed by Budd’s 95% and Jones’s 88%. (Meadows is tied for second in the overall conservative rankings for the House.  Budd is tied for 5th overall, while Jones is tied for 11th overall.)  Jones is followed by George Holding (80%) and Mark Walker (79%).  Richard Hudson follows Walker with a 70% rating, while David Rouzer has a 68 percent rating.   Virginia Foxx follows with a 64% rating.  Robert Pittenger (51%) and Patrick McHenry (47%) bring up the rear in the NCGOP’s US…

CR ratings: Tilli$$$ most liberal NCGOPer in DC

All of that crossing the aisle and ‘outcomes’ nonsense is paying off for the man from Florida Tennessee Cornelius Huntersville.  Conservative Review has their latest rankings out,  and here are some of the highlights: Ted Budd (R-13) tops the list with a perfect score of 100.  Mark Meadows (R-11) is a close second with a 95. Conservative Review: Budd overtakes Meadows as most conservative NCGOPer in DC

The new guy in town sure is getting some attention in conservative circles.  Conservative Review has finally decided to update its conservative rankings of Members of Congress.   Their analysis — as of April 18 — has congressman Ted Budd rockin’ a perfect score of 100 percent.  (Budd is one of just 17 House members CR awarded a perfect score to.) CR’s Top 25 RINOs and Conservatives (NC has TWO in each list)

Conservative Review: All NCGOPers in DC get Fs (except for Meadows, Jones, Holding, and Walker)

*Saying one thing, and doing another when you think no one is looking.*  That’s what we have going on here.  According to CR’s highly-acclaimed vote score card, only FOUR members of our state’s delegation to Congress can truthfully call themselves “conservative.” Mark Meadows leads the pack with a 94% (grade A) conservative voting record.  Walter Jones comes in second with a 76% (grade C) voting record.  Greensboro’s Mark Walker is a close third with a 75% (grade C) voting record.   George Holding comes in fourth with a 74% (grade C) conservative voting record. Conservative Review: Grades of F for Tillis AND Burr (Eight of 13 House members FAIL)

There’s another player out there rating the conservatism of DC politicians — Conservative Review.  The folks at that site give both North Carolina senators failing grades, and pass only FIVE of North Carolina’s 13 House members.
